Precision building runs through the veins of Galipo builders. Born into a family with meticulous building standards, Philip has been immersed in the construction industry all of his life.

Philip absorbed this rich building culture from his Nonno and Father all true master craftsman and the creators of the renowned G2 Building Company. While working for the family concrete business during school holidays, Philip observed the pride that was taken in completing even the simplest of construction tasks, such as digging trenches or cleaning the tools.

These enduring values have guided Philip’s own pursuit of precision, from his first induction as an electrical apprentice to the day he obtained his registration as a licensed builder at just 24 years of age.After over a decade spent absorbing the Galipo way, Philip was ready. In 2018, he set out to stamp his own mark on the Western Australian home building and renovation industry as a second generation builder. P2 Concepts was born, a name that has since become synonymous with the finest bespoke homes in Perth. Carrying on his family’s meticulous attention to detail, every last P2 home is individually designed and styled to the client’s needs. Philip’s obsession for perfection has seen his homes celebrated by some of the most prominent bodies within the industry.
